Approach
Every ReWeave engagement begins with understanding before recommending. Through thoughtful inquiry, collaborative reflection, and intentional design, we help leaders better understand how relationships, governance, leadership, workforce systems, and organizational practices influence one another. From that shared understanding, we design practical solutions that strengthen the institution as a whole.
Stewardship
ReWeave is stewarded by Jack Soto (Navajo/Cocopah), an organizational development practitioner whose work brings together governance, leadership, workforce development, evaluation, and institutional design. Drawing on partnerships with Tribal Nations, Indigenous organizations, higher education, philanthropy, nonprofits, businesses, and public-sector institutions, Jack helps leaders strengthen the relationships that enable organizations to fulfill their purpose over time.
